    I was given an estimate which was $200 over the Internet estimate repair the inner door handle. Then I was charged an extra $350 for an oil change and a 50,000 mile check up I was not told about these charges and when I went into pay my bill, it was $1100 instead of $700. I was very angry.

    The work was done promptly. My car ran much better than previously and they reset the reminder for oil changes where I wanted them to be. The service representative was extremely nice.

    I always have a good interaction with the service team, but it is easier to come in and make an appointment than to call. In the past I have received zero call backs when leaving a message to schedule an appointment that is why I just drive in and make the appointment in person.

    I was never contacted for a backordered part. I was in in November for a seat cover and was told it was back ordered. It took until I called again in July to get it replaced. They do not call only text even though I requested a call.
