    The service was great, the price seemed fair and overall I felt like the communications was second to none. I guess the only critique that I had was that the hood latch wasn't in stock in shop. It seems like a pretty routine part. I guess space is probably at a premium in the shop. The problem was solved in one day and I am so thankful for the service I received.

    Technician failed to address issues that caused me to make an appointment. Car had to be kept a total of 2 1/2 days to resolve the issue. Very poor communication from technician and desk staff

    When I originally booked the appointment I was told that it would take two days and no longer than five days at most - however it ended up being three+ weeks. The communication around the diagnosis and work done to my car was really poor; the associates explained it to me on the phone but that information didn't match the service invoice details, and actually left out important information about the service that was done to my car. Additionally, when I went to pick up my car I was greeted by a woman who kept trying to convince me to "upgrade" to a new car and wanted to get me to test drive new cars - even while I was standing at the counter with my credit card ready to pay hundreds of dollars for the work I just had completed on my car. It was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and makes me not feel respected or valued as a customer. I don't plan on returning here. The only redeeming part of my experience was the woman who worked to get me a rental car and arranged some financial assistance for me from the Volkswagen goodwill program - which was very much appreciated. I just wish the rest of the experience was at least neutral, because that woman was lovely to work with - but unfortunately the rest of the experience was quite negative.
