The positive was that they fixed my issue, which appeared to be unique. They also did not charge me to do so, but I was anticipating that to be the case. The service team did not communicate well, which led to the 4 star. I had to reach out to get an update (which ended up being that they needed to keep the vehicle overnight). I’m accustomed to much better service.
