When I purchased the car I was told I would get front loaded with points so I would get a couple services for free. I went to get my first oil change and was told I have no points and had to pay for the oil change.

I have experienced LONG delays in getting my VW serviced, 8 recalls (one if which they still don't have parts for...3 months) and charging port cover does not close now...having to wait 1 month to get in to have it diagnosed. Meanwhile holding the door shut with blue painters tape. After updating my software...no longer connected to the app...was told I have to schedule with dealership to fix. List goes ON...
