This is my son's car and he called multiple times to get updates and his calls were never returned. The reason for turning the car in for warranty repairs were never resolved and the car was in the shop for 4 days. We were told that we would receive a return phone call once VW technical support figured out how to fix the issue. It has been a week and we haven't received a return phone call to date.
